Austin Krumrey was diagnosed with AML leukemia on July 27, 2007. He was admitted to Children's Hospital in Minneapolis on July 30, 2007 when the very aggressive chemo began. He could end up spending over 30 weeks in the hospital for proper treatment of his leukemia.
Austin will be a freshman at Buffalo Lake Hector High School this fall. Austin plays football and wrestles for the school.
Austin has two brothers; Dakota who is ten and Wyatt who is five. Austin's parents are Brian and Sue (Bach) Krumrey.
Austin enjoys mini-rod pulling, snowmobiling, anything that has a motor in it, farming, fishing and hunting. |
Austin lives on a farm with cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, geese, cats and his dog Skeeter. He also has four steers of his own that he is raising. He is the proud owner of his Grandpa's Farmall Super H that he bought on his Grandpa's estate auction.
Austin works for a local farmer full time during the summer and after school during the school year.
